For non-perishable or non-floral gift items, our standard cancellation period is in accordance with your statutory rights, allowing cancellation within 14 days of order receipt, providing the goods are returned in an unused, resaleable condition. Please note: personalised or bespoke floral arrangements and perishable goods (such as fresh flowers) are exempt from the right to cancel under these statutory provisions once preparation has begun.

In the event of an authorised and eligible cancellation, you will be refunded the purchase price to the original payment method within 7-14 days of confirmation. Any applicable delivery charge refunds will be processed according to our standard policy.

Refunds and Complaints

If your flowers arrive damaged, substandard, or significantly different from your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery. Non-floral items returned under their statutory return right must be unused and undamaged, with original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs unless your goods are faulty or not as described.
